Indigenous Governments face unique challenges resulting from COVID-19 and the response tactics will be different. In this webinar, members of the MLT Aikins Aboriginal law team will discuss a broad range of topics to help address potential legal issues Indigenous organizations may face including: enforcement of bylaws, food security, and military assistance. The presentation will also provide an overview of using bylaws to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
